While sitting at each traffic light in Live Oak, I noticed lots of Wes Haney decals on the vehicles surrounding me, so I decided to pay them a visit. As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a friendly face unveiling a big smile. After requesting to speak with the manager, I was introduced to Mr. Weston Haney, the General Manager and son of Mr. Wes Haney, the owner. Weston had a relaxed, polite demeanor, making conversation comfortable and easy. Throughout our conversations, I learned that Wes Haney Chevrolet has been in Live Oak for an astounding 55 years, employing approximately 25 people.

After explaining the purpose of my visit, I was pleased to see Mr. Haney's sincere willingness to give back and support the patrons of the community they serve. They are a true staple of the Suwannee County Community. We would like to recognize them and thank them for supporting The Suwannee County Breast Cancer Awareness Benefit that will take place at Bob Holmes Arena in Live Oak, Florida on September 29 - October 1, 2023.
